Job Description Summary The Lead Quality Engineer -T901 Development will have the unique and exciting opportunity to manage the quality and compliance of the T901 engine assembly & test process. The role will require use of standard work to maintain Quality Management System health. Additionally, the quality leader will be expected to use RCCA and problem solving tools to reduce defects. Last, the Development Quality Leader will play a crucial role in fostering a strong relationship with our customers. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Verify conformance to specification by measuring and testing during in-house manufacturing. Perform incoming goods control, product inspections, witness points to control quality for items from external suppliers. - Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. - In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
