Job Description: - Meets with participants to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to manage these issues - Maintains regular contact with caseload to provide guidance and referrals to help participant retain employment - Maintains complete, accurate and timely case notes and related records in manual and/or electronic systems - Creates, updates, and completes of job seeker activities, document in appropriate systems according to contract deadlines - Facilitates and delivers job readiness curriculum to participants - Develops resumes with participants and maintains roster of resumes for participants seeking employment - Creates and maintains employer contacts - Develops and maintains collaborative worksite agreements between program and area employers - Meets with employers to create a pipeline of employment for participants...
