Join our growing team Are you ready to take the next step in your career by joining our Debt team in Frankfurt or Hamburg? We're looking for motivated individuals to be a part of our growth story. What you'll do: - Work on bespoke LBO- and Acquisition financing mandates with exposure to various industries and clients - Work with different client groups, such as private equity firms, corporates, family offices and entrepreneurs - Be point-of-contact for clients, debt providers, lawyers, DD-providers and advisors - Conduct credit analysis, business forecast and scenario analysis, financial covenants sensitivities, financial modelling, loan documentation (LMA), Term Sheet and Commitment Letter negotiation, manage Q&A sessions - Prepare Pitch books, marketing materials, and specific research tasks - Manage project workstreams and develop and train junior team members About you: - 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or an accounting background - Network within the financial community (banks, debt funds, advisors, sponsors) - Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with...
