Job description

Position Summary: This Manager, Centralized Resident Services, leads a team that provides administrative and customer service support to residents and on-site teams throughout the resident lifecycle, including payment processing, renewal generation, pay-or-quit and eviction management, and internal debt recovery. Also responsible for the development of and refinement of new and existing resident facing processes within the department.
