Our Anchorage Transportation, Guest Services, and Port Operations team is looking for an amazing individual to fill our Administration Manager position. You will oversee the division's payroll, human resources, financial transactions and reports. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Manages the motorcoach division daily financial transactions and reports. - Audits daily financial transactions and reports. - Responsible for the daily and monthly financial reporting. - Responsible for all seasonal employee onboarding that includes providing assistance and support for all recruiting, interviewing and hiring activities. - Provides HR Resources management and support. - Manage and process division payroll. - Manage and reconcile over the counter sales. - Supports the division manager with budget forecasting and reporting. - Oversees and supports general administrative and office related resources and processes. - Assists with the annual budget preparation and review. - Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations. - R...
