Red River’s Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) is a sales focused, commission-eligible role that is responsible for contributing to the company’s sales goals along with providing top-level customer service. The Inside Sales team works as the primary point of contact for Red River’s Account Executives and customers for all pre/post sale inquiries. The primary objectives of the Inside Sales position are to proactively drive sales opportunities while maintaining support for their Account Team(s) with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction. Primary Position Tasks: Manage a dedicated customer account list Direct pairing and support for an internal Account Executive Use insights from RADAR to support sales operations and decision-making Apply strategic thinking and pricing judgment at the account level to support sales execution and customer growth Apply sales-related business application, procedures, and protocols Proactively engaged in focused IT Sales Training forums and actively pursuing internal and external opportunities to broaden experience in the industry Partner with Red River staff resources such as the Support Services Team, Pre-Sales Engineering, Capture Team and Professiona...
