Evaluation Analyst - Intermediate

Job description

Under limited supervision, will execute evaluation plans, including the development of standard operating procedures, scheduling of interviews, conducting interviews and focus groups, creating surveys, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of reports and presentations. In addition, the position will directly engage with various internal and external program stakeholder groups to develop logic models and serve as the evaluation expert for their assigned programs. Education: - Independently performs background research on specified topics and synthesizes information in the form of annotated bibliographies and literature reviews. - Advises on the design and development of evaluation plans. - Contributes to the development of protocols for and collect primary data through conducting interviews, focus groups, or surveys; may participate in site visits Under limited supervision, performs quantitative research activities, such as: survey design; data coding and management, including data cleaning and validation; and data analysis. - Independently performs qualitative research activities, such as: implementation of interview and focus group protocols; conducting thematic codi...
