The Investment Banking Analyst is an integral member of deal teams, supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Analysts are responsible for financial modeling, industry research, and the preparation of client materials. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, and live transactions.
