Title of Position: Togo Specialist Department: Front of the House: Reports to: Manager on Duty: Overall Responsibility: Purple Cow togo team members are responsible for cooperatively working with all team members to consistently provide guests who order togo food and 3rd party delivery drivers with “Outrageous” service. Togo specialists are responsible for interacting with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner and with a smile, to provide them with an “Outrageous” experience. Purple Cow togo specialists should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Maintaining a clean station - Greeting and Taking orders from guests - Delivering food and drinks promptly and correctly - Processing payments - Counting change back to guests - Maintaining a company provided cash drawer - Stocking of job related items Qualifications: - All Team Members, Management and Guests - Strong sense of guest service and urgency. - Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills. - Basic math skills. - Ability to stay focused on tasks - Guest relations - Ability to work with others - Ability to stand for extended periods of time About Us: We at Purple...
