Your next role: As a fully trained Trade Assistant you will be able to complete tasks related to the cleaning and blasting of a gas turbine engine component in accordance with the manufacturer specification and company procedures. The role also includes assisting qualified technicians with scheduled maintenance on various engine components such as but not limited to, fuel nozzle sets. This position is a SSAA (Safety Sensitive Aviation Activity) and requires the holder of the position to fully comply with Vector's Drugs and Alcohol Management Plan unless otherwise advised. Other duties include: Clean engine components in preparation for pre and post NDT and detail inspection using chemical cleaning and media blasting Maintain a safe and clean working environment Conduct all work in accordance with company policies, quality procedures, manufac...
