Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Salary Range: $19.50 - $23.50: Union Position: No Department Details: Lead position day shift. Start time is 6:30am to 3:00pm. Work one weekend per month. Assist with daily operations of production, tray line, and bakery. Work collaboratively with other morning Lead Cook and Executive Chef. Summary: Performs all duties in food preparation as assigned. Provides daily direction to cooks and other assigned areas ensuring all departmental standards and goals are met. Prepares, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors of the designated facility, preparing and serving food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements.
