Position Purpose: Performs a variety of food service duties including loading and delivering food trucks to patient floors, loading and unloading dish machine, pot washing, trash removal, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning food service equipment and work areas, and general cleaning duties. What you will do: Disposes of trash, garbage, and cardboard boxes in proper receptacles, delivering to loading dock trash storage area as required. Cleans pots and pans using manual and automatic dish machine cleaning procedures. Unloads dishes from dish machine. Delivers meal trays to patient rooms. Delivers and pickup food trucks from patient floor per schedules. Picks up late trays from patient pantries. Stocks up work areas in kitchen, dish room, and cafeteria as needed. Works on tray line serving hot beverages. Loads trays onto food trucks. Cleans and sanitizes food trucks after each meal period. Completes cleaning of assigned...
