Operational Planning Manager HS9 - $148,522 plus Super and Salary Packaging 6 month Full-Time Fixed-Term About the Role: We are entering a critical phase of our hospital expansion, delivering an additional 82 beds across six new clinical units. To support this, we are seeking an experienced professional to join us in a six month fixed term, project based role focused on the set up, delivery and planning of these new services. This role will play a pivotal part in translating planning into operational readiness — supporting workforce mobilisation, service commencement and safe planning of the hospital expansion. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise at a defining moment, helping shape how care is delivered from day one. Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Operational Planning Manager will lead integrated operational planning activities to ensure new services are safely commissioned and transitioned into early operations.
