Location : Cerritos, CA (On Site) | Type : Full Time | Compensation : $300,000 DOE About the role: Norm Reeves Automotive Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented California Regional Controller to oversee all accounting functions across our 12 California dealerships. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the financial integrity, operational accuracy, and strategic reporting of one of the largest automotive groups in the region. The Regional Controller will partner closely with the CFO and operational leadership to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support continued growth. Key responsibilities: Oversee all accounting operations across 12 California dealership locations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all financial functions. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages. Support corporate accounting functions, including consolidations, intercompany transactions, and reporting in alignment with corporate standards.
