About the Opportunity The Clinton Presidential Center is the premier venue in Central Arkansas for any occasion, and we promise to leave you and your guests with a lasting impression. The Center boasts more than 10,000 square feet of unparalleled space for any event. This position will assist with catering operations to include booking events and maintaining communication with both the client and the team throughout the event process. This position can also assist as necessary with department accounts payable in coordination with accounting staff and other necessary parties. Core Responsibilities: In this role you will: Assist with effective client relations at all levels. Solicits events via direct telephone calls, site tours and other means as necessary. Assists in maintaining database of events and other calendar management tools. Assist with accounts payable and other department accounting tasks. Assist in the restaurant and catering events.
