Job Summary: - Develop project scope with stakeholders and consultants. - Manage multiple projects from small upgrades to major construction, including handling of small-scale work orders as part of regular project responsibilities. - Collaborate with design teams to produce documents, budgets, and schedules (in Unifier). - Communicate consistently with departments, Facilities, Finance, and other hospitals. - Review bids, evaluate proposals, and manage construction activities. - Monitoring budgets, schedules, and field issues. - Conducts construction project audits. - Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
