About the Role: Job Summary Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, provides nursing care to assigned patient populations. Organizes patient care and sets priorities while assisting with the provision of patient care as established within the framework of the Georgia Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act. Minimum Job Qualifications: Licensure or other certifications: Current State LPN License. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of ten (10) hours of continuing nursing education annually in addition to the 20 hours of mandatory licensure requirement. Minimum Experience: New graduate LPNs or those with less than one year of experience will be referred to the LPN residency program.
