We are seeking a highly accountable, hands-on Revenue Cycle & Compliance Manager to take full ownership of the financial performance of our multispecialty clinic. This is a high-impact operational leadership role for a professional who thrives in complex healthcare environments and understands that sustainable margin performance begins with disciplined revenue cycle execution. This is not a maintenance position. We are looking for a strategic operator who can rapidly assess current-state revenue cycle processes, diagnose root causes of revenue leakage, and implement corrective systems that drive measurable improvements in cash flow, accounts receivable performance, denial management, and collections.
