Who we are looking for: - An experienced clinician (OT, SLP, PT) with strong administrative, organization, & teamwork skills with knowledge of rehabilitation related to complex neurological injuries, such as TBI/CVA. - The Clinical Coordinator's (CC) role is multi-faceted, and supports a more efficient, effective and comprehensive transdisciplinary rehabilitation program similar to case managers utilized within inpatient rehab hospitals. - The Clinical Coordinator acts as a team lead and is a central point of contact to coordinate, facilitate, & ensure that a patient's rehabilitation and community reintegration needs are being met.
