The Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) Senior Practice and Development Lead provides organisation-wide leadership and authority for DFV practice at CatholicCare Central Queensland. The role is responsible for the design, implementation and stewardship of the organisation’s DFV operating model, including practice frameworks, governance, risk management and quality assurance mechanisms that ensure safe, consistent and outcomes-focused service delivery. The position builds workforce capability through practice leadership, supervision frameworks and modelling of advanced DFV practice, while contributing to system integration, stakeholder confidence and continuous improvement across DFV programs.
