Estimator, Program Lead

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator, Program Lead for our Rye Brook, NY office in Westchester County. Estimators are responsible for accurately determining the total costs associated with a construction project by executing a detailed line-item budget for each trade. The ideal candidate must have an acute attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with fixed deadlines. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed conceptual budgets and estimating from pre-construction, concept design, schematic design and design development documents - Execute detailed take-offs of all trades. Initiate and manage entire bid process (construction management and general contractor) inclusive of preparation of detailed bid package - Ensure accurate and proper submissions & proposals by all subcontractors - National, regional, and local subcontractor acquisition and prequalification for projects in new markets throughout the Northeast - Facilitate review and presentation of bids to internal project management partners and clients - Partnership with other Estimators and Estimating Coordinators supporting the Programs team to ensure accuracy and consistency of all b...
