Lead GTR to its long-term ambitions, working across functions & markets to drive industry-beating growth and exceptional brand building YOUR OPPORTUNITY: As Finance Director GTR you will be play a critical role in leading this Must Win business to long-term success. Acting as a partner to the Managing Director and a key member of the GTR Global Leadership Team you will drive the right strategic and short-term decisions, leveraging data led insights. You will lead a high performing team of Finance primos to deliver exceptional outcomes for the business, developing talent and building the capabilities needed for the future. You will have overall accountability for the GTR P&L, ensuring accurate and complete accounting and reporting of performance throughout the year and leading relationships with Global Finance Stakeholders. ABOUT YOU: You must be a self-starter, Fearless to influence decision making and drive capability across GTR, mixing detail & the bigger picture to drive growth in line with strategy.
