What You’ll Do: Lead the Inbound Journey: Oversee the global process for managing inbound inquiries from email and digital platforms. Ensure timely engagement and accurate documentation to create a seamless experience. Qualify with Insight: Use advanced tools (Pitchbook, CRM) to assess lead relevance and strategic potential. Apply qualification criteria to prioritize high-value opportunities. Enable Commercial Success: Route qualified leads to the right regional teams for fast, effective follow-up. Maintain clear records of handoffs and status updates in CRM systems. Measure & Optimize: Monitor KPIs and conversion metrics to continuously improve processes.
