Join us as a Residential Administrative Manager and use your leadership, organization, and attention to detail to drive meaningful impact every day. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related Social Services field. Experience: 5+ years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in a non-profit or residential care setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a plus). Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a "servant-leader" mindset. In the Residential Administrative Manager position, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Financial Stewardship & Reporting Prepare and submit accurate monthly Financial Reports, Petty Cash Reports, and Check Reports.
