Therapist - Full Time/Exempt - Schedule: Must be able to work flexible schedule; primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours, as required by program needs. - $65,000 annually Description: The Bridge is seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. This role delivers individual, family, and group therapy, supporting clients in achieving safety, stability, and progress toward their personal goals. The Therapist conducts comprehensive intakes and clinical assessments, formulates diagnoses using DSM criteria, and develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. This position provides ongoing therapeutic support, psychoeducation, and skill-building to help clients process trauma, strengthen coping strategies, and promote long-term healing. Responsibilities also include crisis intervention services such as risk assessment, safety planning, and de- escalation.
