Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Production Engineer Department: Manufacturing Engineering Reports To: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Assembly Production Engineer to support precision mechanical builds within a semiconductor cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining assembly processes to ensure high-quality, repeatable production of semiconductor equipment and subassemblies. The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical engineering fundamentals with hands-on manufacturing experience and a solid understanding of cleanroom operations, contamination control, and process discipline. Key Responsibilities: Process Development & Optimization: - Develop, document, and maintain mechanical assembly processes for semiconductor equipment and precision subassemblies. - Create and update work instructions, process flows, torque specifications, and assembly standards. - Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within cleanroom operations.
