Assembly Advisement Workplace Coach Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Assembly Advisement Workplace Coaches (Level 4) to support the Composite Manufacturing Center team located in Puyallup, Washington . Position Responsibilities: Utilizes manufacturing and assembly experience in one or more of these areas; mechanical, composites fabrication, composites assembly, machine operations for coaching, performance improvement and problem solving in support of the Boeing Production System Analyzes and interprets performance and quality data to identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system. (e.g. CMES, CORRS, WebArt, REDARS, TMC) Conducts assessments of processes and practices, analyzes and interprets data for improvement opportunities Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk Analyzes processes and supports Boeing Production System problem solving, develop and document innovative solutions in support of area Q.C.D.S.M. goals Assist Manufacturing & Quality managers; and team leads with Structured On the Job Training (SOJT) plan Program/job specific, advanced sk...
