Job Title Senior Occupancy Planner Job Description Summary: The Senior Occupancy Planner will lead a team of direct reports, overseeing their performance, development, and day-to-day responsibilities. This role partners closely with the account leadership team, other service lines, and client representatives to align strategic and tactical planning efforts. The Senior Occupancy Planner is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of professionals to deliver best-in-class Occupancy Planning services, managing the supply, capacity, and demand of the client's portfolio of space.
