Job DetailsJob Location: Lebanon, OH 45036Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 HourlyPOSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Gymnastics, the Competitive Gymnastics Head Coach is responsible for the vision, development, supervision, and daily execution of the YMCA’s competitive gymnastics program. This role provides hands-on coaching, oversees training plans and meet preparation, develops and mentors coaching staff, ensures program safety and compliance, supports enrollment and retention, and fosters a positive, athlete-centered culture aligned with the YMCA’s mission and core values. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Program Leadership & Athlete Development Lead and manage the YMCA competitive gymnastics team, ensuring athlete safety, engagement, skill progression, and positive competitive experiences. Provide leadership oversight of pre-competitive classes to support long-term athlete development and future enrollment into the competitive program. Develop and implement season-long training plans, practice schedules, and routines aligned with USAG standards and YMCA values.
