Job Summary Responsible for providing business expertise and direction for best practices using our systems across the overall business value chain. Partners with Business Owners to lead the design of new future-state processes leveraging industry best practice processes and system application capabilities needed to optimize business results. This includes understanding of existing business processes, defining requirements for continued optimization and future changes, evaluating gaps, and working with system application consultants to find solutions. Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions: - Leads project assignments and takes responsibility for business process development outcomes. - Works with industry to develop standards and bring best practices to Cirrus. - Provides mentoring inside and outside the department. - Lead and facilitate the definition and implementation of an optimum end-to-end process, data and KPI's leveraging industry best practices and systems applications solution for the specified process area. - Provide functional expertise and guide solution design to ensure successful and planned business outcomes. - Conduct workshops and work with Business Func...
