Job Posting End Date: UNTIL FILLED Shift: 1st Security Clearance: No Clearance SUMMARY: The Safety Data and Analytics Lead is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of safety and injury data at NASSCO. Utilizes advanced analytical tools, including AI, to identify trends and provide actionable insights aimed at reducing workplace injuries. Maintains awareness of, and ensures compliance with, all applicable safety regulations, including OSHA recordkeeping requirements. Converts complex data sets into clear recommendations for operational improvements. Implements proactive safety initiatives using project management methodologies. Supervises a small team and leverages data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) to communicate findings and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
