Site Coordinator

The opportunity Downer Energy and Utilities is seeking a Site Coordinator to provide onsite coordination and operational administrative support across our project environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth interaction between site based operational teams and our centralised Support Services Hub. As the primary liaison, you will support operational teams by validating site information coordinating administrative requests and ensuring accurate documentation is submitted through the correct service channels. This role focuses on coordination validation and escalation rather than end to end transactional administration. This opportunity will be based in our Perth office with the opportunity for flexible working and WFH arrangements once initial training is completed. What we are looking for: You will bring experience working in operational or site-based environments such as construction utilities engineering or project delivery.
