The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads. This position will be over the picking department. Position: Group Coordinator Lead: Shift: 1st Shift, M-F 7am-3:30pm Pay: $23.30/Hr Additional Incentives: N/A In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Quality Control, Material Handler A minimum of 1 year leadership experience is required.
