Description Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure is seeking a dependable and skilled Property Technician to support our Lodging program. This role plays an important part in ensuring our properties are safe, well-maintained, and ready to deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests. In addition to property maintenance, this position supports both the Guest Services and Housekeeping teams to keep operations running smoothly across the community. Qualified candidates must be available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and some holidays. This is a seasonal position, typically lasting six months from May through October, with up to 40 hours per week. Eight-hour shifts are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., based on business needs.
