Job DetailsJob Location: Hospital - Loma Linda, CA 92354Salary Range: $46.00 - $50.72 HourlyJob Shift: DayThe RN Clinical Educator functions as a clinical expert, role model, mentor and resource in the clinical practice area, and collaborates with other members of the management, education, and clinical care team to identify and address staff learning needs in a competent and cost-effective manner. The RN Clinical Educator reports to the Director of Staff Education; and in cooperation with other clinical educators, managers, supervisors, and other members of the patient care team to enhance the clinical preparation and competence of health care professionals (HCP) throughout the hospital. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the organization strategic plan, the goals and direction of the quality assurance performance improvement process, and activities.
