Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for a summer Information Technology (IT) Intern in our Denver, Colorado (CO) office. This is an office-based role at 6200 South Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado (CO). Responsibilities: - Daily IT support of our office while shadowing IT Analysts - Work with both local and regional IT teams to deliver IT support services to a national consultant engineering firm - IT interns have a passion for technology, a business mindset, a customer service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, a willingness to work with others - Prioritize, troubleshoot/resolve problems and follow-through with internal clients Qualifications: - In the process of receiving Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related fields - Previous experience in customer service - Understand Windows 10 and be able to configure and troubleshoot PC level problems - Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 Install and support enterprise applications - Ability to install new printers/copiers/plotters and other office equipment - Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills - High aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies - Efficiently working to...
