KYC Delivery & Client Engagement Manager Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid): Type: Full-time: Department: Technology: Job Summary: A senior client-facing role requiring strong KYC domain expertise and technology background. The individual will act as the onsite representative for the technology team, working closely with business and IT stakeholders, driving BAU coordination, managing escalations, and identifying new opportunities.
