Job description

The Warehouse Operations Superintendent is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of products between Inbound, Outbound, and Operations within the plant. This role ensures seamless coordination across teams to support timely product movement in and out of coolers while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The Superintendent acts as the primary point of contact between Warehouse, Production, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring product availability, accuracy, and traceability throughout the process lifecycle. Detailed Responsibilities: Supervision of Core Warehouse Functions: The Warehouse Operations Superintendent must demonstrate proficiency in all warehouse functions and processes and ensure compliance with standard procedures on a daily basis. The Warehouse Operations Superintendent is accountable for maintaining the layout and organization of all warehouse spaces and ensuring the inbound/outbound team is creating and promoting a safe workplace.
