The Role: As an IT Service Desk Analyst , you will provide first and second-level technical support across Head Office and Retail outlets, ensuring incidents are resolved within defined SLAs using the ITIL framework. You’ll support various IT systems, including POS, desktops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and server infrastructure. The role also includes maintaining security through patching, antivirus protection, network monitoring, and handling onboarding, offboarding, and hardware/software maintenance. Strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is key to enhancing service delivery and supporting technology goals.
