About the Role Culmen International, LLC is hiring for a Financial Management Support to provide professional administrative services in support of the Commanding Officer (CO), Executive Officer (XO), Director for Administration (DFA), Deputy DFA, and Director for Resource Management. The position is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. What You’ll Do in Your New Role - Review and prepare contracting and Government Purchase Card Program (GPCP) actions utilizing the internal systems GEARS and Navy financial systems (Daily). - Update command financial tracking Excel workbooks and perform data entry into Navy financial systems (Daily). - Run daily reports related to accounting and budget (Daily). - Research accounting and budget reports, obtain supporting documentation to resolve various reporting discrepancies such as unmatched disbursements, unliquidated obligations, and transaction errors (Daily). - Reconcile the command financial tracking Excel workbooks (Weekly). - Organize, review, manage, and file command financial documents electronically (Weekly).
