Job Description Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of enabling works packages on a major infrastructure programme. The role operates in a client-side capacity, with responsibility for managing contractors and consultants, controlling programme and cost, and ensuring safe, compliant site delivery. The role requires strong civils and/or rail infrastructure experience, proven capability working under Public Works Contracts (PWC) and/or NEC contracts, and experience operating within structured public‑sector contracts and governance frameworks. Your role: Client-Side Project Delivery: - Lead the delivery of enabling works from design through construction and handover. - Act as the client representative on site, overseeing contractor performance, safety, quality, and compliance. - Chair site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions. - Ensure works are delivered safely within live operational and constrained environments.
