Job Posting Title: Senior HRIS Analyst Job Description The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing technical support of Prime's HR information systems, including issue analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of moderately complex solutions for new and existing systems and functionality. Responsibilities: - Analyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex new functional and break/fix solutions for assigned HR products (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation), leveraging technical expertise through an agile methodology - Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner for assigned HR products - Maintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality, within Prime's HR information systems landscape, and partner with Product Owners to provide recommendations for uptake - Provide consultation and technical support to other HRIS Analysts - Other duties as assigned Mini...
