This role is part of New Narrative’s clinical teams and will work across a variety of service areas, including outpatient, Intensive Case Management (ICM), and youth services, based on program need. The Float Case Manager implements, monitors, and documents services for participants while maintaining flexibility to adapt to different teams and settings. Case Managers are expected to provide outreach in the community and participants’ homes, deliver skills training, connect individuals to resources and peer supports, and demonstrate strong advocacy skills.
