Job Description Summary Fleet Performance Offshore Engineer Offshore Wind | Remote | Permanent You help keep Haliade-X wind turbines operating safely, reliably, and at high performance. In this offshore-focused role, you work closely with Site Operations, Technical Support, and Design Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, improve product availability, and support the safe delivery of maintenance and operational activities. Reporting to the Head of Technical Support, you act as a key technical point of contact for issues affecting turbine reliability. You use a practical, solution-oriented approach to investigate problems, coordinate support, and guide issues through to standardised technical solutions. You work across site feedback, technical investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to help turn complex challenges into efficient, effective outcomes. This role is predominantly offshore, working on a two-week rotation with a back-to-back Fleet Performance Engineer.
