ISEE is seeking a full-time Engineering Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone with a good mix of electrical and mechanical skills. This hire will work alongside engineers to implement electromechanical systems, update the existing fleet, and launch new vehicles at customer sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities - Interface electromechanical systems with conventional automotive vehicles - Build up electrical and/or mechatronic systems - Test and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems - Debug issues stemming from either add-on modifications, inherent vehicle issues, or the interface between the two - Documentation of in-field issues and maintenance - Write reports and record data on testing techniques, laboratory equipment, and specifications to assist engineers. - Assist in autonomous vehicle bring-up at customer locations - Basic software work; uploading updated code to various vehicle subsystems - Communicate issues with a remote hardware team, local mechanics and test engineers Required Skills - Ability to read, write, and interpret technical drawings & schematics - Basic knowledge of automotive systems and...
