FieldPulse is a fun, dedicated, and growing team that is building modern applications for small home service businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, specialty contractors, etc.) to help organize and run their business operations. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in elevating the performance of our Account Executives beyond ramp. This individual will partner closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to reinforce ongoing skill development, run targeted coaching programs, and help turn under performers into consistent producers. They’ll take ownership of weekly sales training, assist in onboarding new hires, and ensure that every rep, new or tenured, has the knowledge, confidence, and resources to excel in selling our SaaS platform. This role requires a unique blend of sales experience, coaching ability, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate is someone who has carried a quota in a SaaS environment and understands what separates a top performer from the middle of the pack.
