Department: Status: Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 72 hours per pay period. Days: 7:00a-7:30p; 3 12-hour shifts a week. Nights: 7:00p-7:30a; 3 12-hour shifts a week. Weekends: Every other weekend, rotating Saturday/Sunday. Holidays: Rotating Holiday Groups. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: Provide 24/7 oversight of patients receiving acute-level care at home. Complete admission and discharge workflows via Epic, including patient education and care plan initiation. Communicate urgent findings via phone and routine updates through Secure Chat. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association 2 years of recent inpatient experience, preferably in ER or ICU settings.
