Position Overview: Responsible for the accurate receipt, shipment, storage, and production process of materials according to all established Company and regulatory policies and procedures. Position encompasses processing customer orders while maintaining accurate records; and responding to customer inquiries about product pricing, availability, and scheduled deliveries. Acts as liaison between customers, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely receipt and shipping of materials following FIFO and freight claim or backorder procedures while supporting all freight and safety policies. Serve as a liaison between Customer Service, the Warehouse, and Purchasing. Serve as a customer contact and deliver Stellar Service through accurate order entry, problem resolution, and organizational support. Understand and comply with applicable government regulations (US: DOT, EPA, OSHA; Canada: Transport Canada, Environment Canada and Worksafe BC) and specific HS&E requirements, including the Driver and Warehouse Manual.
