Senior Employee Relations Manager Location: High Wycombe (2/3 days per week on-site) We’re looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to join our People Team and play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, proactive HR advisory service. If you’re confident handling complex ER matters, enjoy coaching others, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. What You’ll Do: - Act as deputy to the Head of People Advice and lead the team in their absence - Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability - Advise on high‑risk matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy, and tribunal preparation - Oversee the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requests - Build strong relationships with managers and leaders across the business - Analyse ER data to identify trends and support proactive interventions - Mentor People Advisors and support onboarding - Deliver ER training and contribute to policy development What You’ll Bring: If you’re a confident ER specialist who enjoys leading, influencing, and driving continuous imp...
