Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Construction / Skilled Trades Staffing Recruiter to join our team! We are looking for recruiters with prior high-volume experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles within the construction industry (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). For this role, we are not considering candidates with only on-demand manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, healthcare, IT, and/or tech staffing backgrounds. This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry. - Location: Remote - Salary Range: $50,000+ (depending on experience) - Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission - Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed) - Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off Qualifications: - 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds) - Strong sourcing skills - Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regu...
